The Legend of Mazzeroth (This is what's written on the monument)
Long ago, The Dragon Mazzeroth caused chaos and suffering
across the land and in the hearts of the people.
It was believed that the Dragons of the past had all
perished so the people were caught off guard when Mazzeroth
struck.
This Evil Dragon Controlled the land Burning villages,
slaughtering women and children, and making slaves of villagers
to do his will, or be eaten.
All hope seemed futile as the Mages over the years had
died off until there was only one. His name was Warren.
Warren was 21 and getting ready to marry a young woman
named Cheryl when Mazzeroth struck.
Warren knew that he was the only hope for defeating
the Dragon. As a mage, he had special powers at his command that
other men could never hope to control.
So he said goodbye to his beloved Cheryl telling her
that he would be back after sunset.
Warren searched the mountains and finally found the Evil
Dragon. They battled until he could not fight anymore.
Knowing he would die, Warren used the remainder of his
power to seal the dragon deep in the mountain.
Thinking of his love for Cheryl his Heart shattered into
four pieces just as he passed away. They were sealed in the four
Kingdoms as an eternal symbol of his love for her.
This is the town of which Warren was born, and this
monument marks the place where his beloved, Cheryl, waited
patiently long after the sunset for one who would never return.
"You made a promise
You vowed your love
And then you went away
You told me you’d be back
Long after the sunset
and long after the sunset of our lives.
You said you sealed our love fourfold
You said you would release it,
When you found me again
So I’m waiting for you
but it’s long after the sunset
and you’re still not here"

Character: Warren
Discription: Warren was about 21 when he decided to fight "Mazzeroth",
an evil dragon that was ruining the land destroying peoples' families
and hearts.
Since Warren wass a mage and the last of his kind, he decided that he should
fight Mazzeroth.
But Warren was not powerful enough to gain victory over Mazzertoth. The
dragon killed him, but before Warren died, he managed to seal Mazzeroth’s
power and put him to sleep. He also sealed his "Love" for his betrothed
(Cheryl) four times over thus creating 4 new dragons (Earth, Air, Fire,
and Water). They must be gathered to summon the "Gold Dragon" which, legend
says, will bring peace to the land and strike down evil (namely, Mazzeroth).
That was 400 years ago
Character: Derrik (Main Character)
Derrik is 19, and lives peacefully in a small village with his family.
But something happened to disturb that peace: Mazzeroth has returned.
Derrik knows that he lives in the town where the legendary Warren lived,
but he has no idea of his family heritage. Derrik and his family are
descendants of Warren.
In his town there is a monument for the two lovers, Warren and Cheryl,
from the Legend.
